Yesterday was a really neat day for my dad. Fremont High School officially named their softball field Dick Scadden Field after my good old dad. I don't know anyone who is more deserving of this honor than him. He has spent endless amounts of time with an endless amount of girls helping them develop their softball talents. He has always done it free of charge, or for the occasional 20 0z. diet coke. I am so grateful to the people who made this happen for him. It was a really great day for him and all of us!! Congratulations dad!!!

Oh Shelby, that is seriously the coolest thing ever!!! Your dad is the greatest and is so deserving of this honor. I bet he is in heaven. Tell him congrats for me.
He certainly deserves some recognition for all of the hard work he's put in. Hurray for Grampa Scadden!!

Hey Shelby! Your cute dad!! I can't believe he is still such a goer. He helps several girls on my daughters team and they all LOVE him! Your kids are Darling! Congrats on your third!
P.S. I still owe you from like a hundred years ago for helping Kesli (who by the way, still talks about you and Heidi) She decided she was better @ second! Who would have ever thought that I would know a darn thing about softball!
