SEVEN!

Happy, Happy Birthday to my sweet little Anna. She turned seven on the 28th of December. I cant believe this little gal is seven. She is a tender hearted big sister who loves to play video games, warcraft (I know I am in trouble), play with friends, read, and be with her family. We celebrated with the families and had a little friend party. Thanks again to Missy for the cutest and most delicious owl cake ever! We are pretty lucky to have that talent in the fam!! I love you sweet little Anna hope you had a GREAT Birthday!

FOUR!

My little Cate turned four on friday and I cant believe it. Time is flying by me. We had a lot of fun celebrating with our families! That fabulous Minnie Mouse cake was a highlight for her. Thanks so much Missy for your cake making talents! This little girl makes me and Mike laugh all day long. She puts on recitals for us daily, tells us stories, wrestles with Will (a lot), loves to be pretty, and as you can tell in these photos loves to pose. She keeps me hoppin all day long. She always has her own agenda for the day. I love her so much!! Something funny she tells us all the time is we should never do drugs or eat fire. I am not sure where in the world that came from. Happy Birthday Tatos!!

HALLOWEEN 2010

Well I am just a little behind, but better late than never. Here are me and the kiddos on Halloween night we had lot of fun at the Grandmas and trick or treating. The only bummer is Mike had to work. Thanks to the Grandmas for all the yummy treats, and thanks to Angie for my costume.

COUSINS

Last Saturday I babysat for my sister in law. The girls were totally excited for Levi and Blair to come over. Cate and Levi were hilarious together, they dressed up, giggled, and snacked all day. Anna was going to be the babysitter for them, but at some point she disappeared to play on her own. Will wasn't so sure about Blair being around. He would cry every time I picked her up. Lucky for him she was a snoozy little gal that day. It was fun to have them come over!!

FIELD TRIP TO THE HOGLE ZOO

I got to go with Anna's class on their field trip to the Hogle Zoo. It was really fun actually. I am not really a zoo lover, but early October is a great time to go. The weather was cool, but not cold, the animals were actually out and doing something, and it was not crowded at all. We had a great time!!

BACK TO SCHOOL, FIVE MONTHS OLD, & LIVING IT UP

Last week my little Nanner Bananer went back to school but this year it is all day. I teared up on the first day because I knew I would miss her so bad. I cant believe she is in the first grade already. She has a fun teacher and absolutely loves school so that makes it a lot easier on me. Will turned five months old and is rolling over, smiling, and squealing. We are enjoying him so much.

Cate is really living it up with all the one on one time she is getting with Anna at school. When Will goes down for a nap she snatches me right up and gets some sort of activity going. It has been good for her though. When Will was born it sort of rocked her world upside down!!

FAMILY

I have been thinking a lot lately about family and how important it is. I don't know where I would be today without my family. I remember my sister would always tell me when I was younger when you get older you will see how important family is. She would say friends come and go but family is always there for you no matter what. I sure understand now the importance of family. I love my family and Mike's family so much! Just a little thank you to all of you who love and support us all the time. I hope you know how much we love you as well!!

NINE YEARS

Nine years ago on the 15th of August I married this guy. I cant believe that day was so long ago. I guess time flies when your having fun!! I love you Mike!! Heres to many more years of wedded bliss!!

Road Trip-part two

Day Three

* woke up early and went to disneyland again enjoyed all the same things as the day before

* rode the teacups one to many times

* left earlier than the day before to go to Medieval times for dinner

* enjoyed a utensil less meal and lots of knights flipping their hair

* laughed at Mike and Cate playing around with their crowns

* drove back to Nate and Robins, watched the girls dance around, and slept on their

surprisingly comfortable futon.

Day Four

* went shopping and to lunch at a very nice shopping center by Nate and Robins

* drove down the PCH (Pacific Coast Highway) to Monterey

* had quite an adventure driving that winding road in the dark

Day Five

* went to Target with Robin and enjoyed browsing the kids clothing

* went to the Monterey Bay aquarium it was a really neat one

* enjoyed dinner at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. on the ocean

* Mike and the girls played around on a beach we found even though it was quite cold

Day Six

* had to say goodbye to Nate and Robin and the girls wah!!

* drove to San Francisco and stayed in a nice hotel

* took their subway type system into the city walked around Union Square bought some school clothes and such at H & M, had dinner at a yummy little diner

ROAD TRIP 2010

Here are a few highlights of the first few days of our trip. We had so much fun we are already planning another trip out there.

Day One

* drove to St. George and stayed in a nice condo thanks to my niece Jen

* swam until they kicked us out

Day Two

* drove to California with a quick stop just out of Vegas to enjoy a roller coaster ride and lunch

* arrived in California with just enough time to get to the Angeles vs. Red Sox game

* bought the girls rally monkeys, enjoyed hot dogs, nachos, bratwurst, and Big Poppy hitting two homeruns

Day Three

* woke up early to go to Disneyland and to our excitement Nate, Robin, Campbell, and Penny

were there

* went on lots of fun rides, enjoyed yummy food & treats, cate got her face painted, Anna got some pirate guys, Will lounged in his stroller

* saw Karl Malone shook his hand and got a quick picture

* went to California Adventure Mike loved Tower of Terror

* enjoyed Campbell saying scary, scary pirates all day, so cute!

* watched the fireworks from disneyland from our hotelroom

PALS

I stumbled upon these pictures and they just made me smile. Since the Vance family has moved back to Utah these two little ladies have become best friends. These pictures are from last August when we visited them in Missouri and I never got around to posting them. All day today Cate has been asking when do we get to see Mary, so I thought this post was quite fitting today. I am so glad to have the Vance Fam back home with us. They are such a joy to have around.
